Cancellation Policy

Learn about Meringa Spring’s cancellation policies here, which apply when booking the Deluxe King Rooms and Terrace Spa Villas:

1. If your booking is cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival, full payment will be charged.
2. If your booking is cancelled within 8 – 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the booking fee will be charged.
3. If your booking is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, no payment will be due.
4. In the event of a ‘no show’ for your booking, full payment will be charged.
