- If the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, full payment is due.
- If the booking is cancelled within 8 – 30 days, 25% of the booking fee is charged.
- If the booking is cancelled prior to 30 days, no payment is due.
- Payment is due in the event of a ‘no show’.
